In her video piece Livnot (to build), Ruti Sela is dressed up in the fearsome image of Education Minister Limor Livnat and mimics her while teaching a child how to build a wall.
The work is also found on the screening program, “Re-Constructions” curated by Maya Pasternak and Galit Eilat for the Jerusalem Film Festival, 2009. The program deals with the construction of consciousness in Israeli architectural and textual space.
