Body parts are scanned into the computer in 18 sets of movements. The narrative of the movement is always the same: part of a body falls onto the glass, and is rejected by it. It is a matrix of soft mass (body and skin) confronting a hard barrier (the scanner glass), pushing against the boundaries of our sight.  The frozen body tries to enter the digital space, to be resurrected by a sound/image editing algorithm. This process charts an almost-nonhuman rhythm and movement.
