The fund is a flexible means that can be immediately accessible in areas of conflict with ”fundamentalist capitalists.”
According to the Agency, cultural terror may be defined as an attack on dominant systems of meaning and their ability to define reality within their areas of propaganda and disinformation. Artists and culture-makers are forced to choose a route within the commercialization categories of capital between crime and terror. The Agency is committed to supporting individuals and organizations currently described – or ones that will be described in the future – as terrorists.
