Chen Tamir is an independent curator and arts writer based in New York, Toronto, and Tel-Aviv. She is also the Executive Director of Flux Factory, a non-profit arts center in Queens, NY. Tamir holds an M.A. in Curatorial Studies from Bard College’s Center for Curatorial Studies, a B.A. in Anthropology, and a B.F.A. in Visual Art from York University.

Chen Tamir used her residency to research new works by Israeli artists and to work on the development of an exhibition at the Israeli Center for Digital Art.
