What, How and for Whom (WHW) are Ivet Ćurlin, Ana Dević, Nataša Ilić and Sabina Sabolović. Since May 2003 WHW has been directing the program of Gallery Nova in Zagreb. They write of their curatorial practice: "’What, how and for whom?’ are the three basic questions of every economic organization that also concern the planning, concept and realization of exhibitions, as well as the production and distribution of artworks or the artists’ position in the labour market."
WHW were selected as the curators for the 11th Istanbul Biennale. During their residency, they conducted research into Israeli contemporary artistic production for the upcoming Biennale.
