Eva Birkenstock is a curator from Germany. From 2005–2008, she was the Academic Assistant at the Kunstverein in Hamburg and from 2008 – 2010, the Artistic Director at the Halle für Kunst, Lüneburg. As of 2010, Eva Birkenstock is the new curator of the KUB Arena.
During her residency she conducted independent research and worked with Eyal Danon and Galit Eilat for the center’s co-curated exhibition in Hamburg "Insert 2". With Eyal and Galit, Eva developed the concept of the "Mobile Archive" which travels the world internationally still.
