Orly Aviv "Enlightenment" was taken for a year at the same location. The green gallery is a sculpture park near Arsuf. I have visited there almost every day for a full year to capture the changes caused by weather on the land and on the flags. In the beginning, I just loved the flag sculpture but as time passed, I started to see it as a voyage in time and space. I could see in it women's movement for their freedom... Therefore I have edited the video art as an emotional associative surrealist scene that enables the viewer's subconscious glimpse; a place for exploration as it was for me... Its purpose was to reform society using reason, to challenge ideas grounded in tradition and faith, and to advance knowledge through the scientific method...Mary Wollstonecraft is considered one of the earliest feminist philosophers. She argued for a society based on reason, and that women, as well as men, should be treated as rational beings.
