From the exhibition, ”Access to Israel 2,” of Israeli Contemporary Art at the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt curated by Eva Atlan. Access to Israel 2 concentrates on the country’s domestic circumstances. Topics such as home country, ties with location and the loss of a home country are reflected in the works of the artists in this exhibition. Moreover, controversial sociopolitical issues relating to this industrial country caught between religious tradition and modernity are dealt with by the artists in very different ways.
