“Mountain” by Dan Ozeri, is a speculative project which attempts to peer into the future: an abandoned mountain of garbage in Raanana is mapped in three dimensions using a drone in order to “prepare the ground” for settlement. The mountain constitutes one of dozens of under-utilized areas along the coastal plain, which in the future may become a chain of islands that will make up the Israeli coastline.
