On Tuesday, October 28, a presentation by Tanja Lažetić and the Launching of Culture.si Portal will be held at the Center for Digital Art.
Lažetić is now artist in residence at the Center as part of a cooperation with Tobačna 001 Cultural Center run by the National museum and galleries of Ljubljana.
19:00 – A presentation by Helena Pivec, introducing Culture.si portal
Culture.si portal is designed for arts and culture professionals, journalists, researchers, students, and anyone interested in Slovene contemporary arts as well as heritage. It presents information on cultural producers, venues, festivals and support services in Slovenia.
Helena Pivec is an art historian engaged in visual and performing arts since 1990.
19:30 – A presentation by Tanja Lažetić
Tanja Lažetić graduated with a degree in architecture from the University of Ljubljana. She works in the fields of photography, video, performance, and artist’s book. The subjects she focuses on are urban spaces, history, everyday and politics.
She will talk about her recent work and her plans for the residency at the Center for Digital Art.
