Documentation of Tati learning to shoot a gun as part of a practical shooting course at the Herzliya shooting range. Tati meets all the criteria for receiving a license to carry a weapon except for the reason for which he wants the license. As an artist living in Tel Aviv, and not a member of the security services or a settler, there is no justification for it. Consequently, he has to train in a sport called ‘practical shooting’ in order to receive the license. The work attempts to shift the artist’s engagement with a weapon from the performative, sportive dimension to reality.
