“... Roy Menachem Markovich bends the story of the city by fascist symbols and architectural filter. He studied with his camera in various places. The viewer hears his voice, which provides us with supposed details and information. In amateur video format of the hand-held camera the invented stories come to life. A bunker is a water tower, a congress hall is a 360 - degrees panoramic movie theater and a parking garage turns into a Grand Hotel. Even if you do not know the city, the notes function so fantastic that you smile as spectators on the ingenuity . Nevertheless, the film leaves a slight idea of how fragile are our constructions of history and meaning.”
