During these past few years I am repeatedly asked by good friends, by casual sex partners and even by straight people I have come across - what kind of sport I do: do I go to the gym, what sets of what exercises do I do, how many times a week do I practice and whether or not I practice on a regular basis. When I say I don’t go to any gym and especially if I don’t go into too many details afterwards many protest - why is it so hard to describe? As if I have a secret magic way of keeping in shape that I try to keep to myself… In this studio piece I will present my daily practice. While doing so I will also share autobiographical information and will present a kind of movement genealogy. I would also like to address questions such as why I’ve chosen dance as a profession, why stage. The piece will be improvised and so each time a bit different. Created independently for Habait Theater Jaffa, 2018. Dramaturgy: Ran Brown
