The Scratch Orchestra will conclude another fruitful year in a concert with pieces by Ilan green and Daniel Davidovsky, which are the result of joint work sessions during the past year.
Daniel Davidovsky, the sound artist and improviser, electrifies the orchestra, amplifies the instruments allowing the players to hear and play new sounds.
Ilan green, known by his songs but also by his work with instruments, toys and improvisation, sets the orchestra with a new musical and technological challenge. The piece is based on recordings the players collected, and on it played with a smartphone application.
Orchestra members: Julia Almog, Tzipi Dabach, Duba Levanon, Ruti Levy, Dina Menahem, Lea Poni, Dorit Pintu, Shosh Charhi, Ada Rahamim, Amnon Wolman, Dan Weinstein and Tom Soloveitzik.
