Re-enactment battles between historical armies and contemporary armies are regularly held in the European forests. Combatants are civilians, that freely choose which army to join. The film Antipodes is a two year documentary journey, in which Yatziv joined both the training and battles held by military re-enactors in Europe, with the intention of recording a meeting between re-enactors of Israeli Defence Forces and those of the German Wehrmacht.
