A family story of Israeli pioneers immigrants That came to live in Jerusalem in the beginning of the 1920th. The result of this pioneering movement is shown in the documentary footage that is framing the old family story. The inner story is about a young girl that was born in Moscow but was from Uzbek origin. The girl and her family escaped from Russia when the 1917 revolution started.. The family was traveling through Muslim countries and settled in Jerusalem; During the journey the (Jewish) women were wearing head cover in a Muslim style. . Throughout this video art, four women- all members of one family cover their heads with fabric, and the Family story is assembled from a number of parallel voices. The frame story is documentation from Jerusalem at present (2011) the head cover of a Jewish woman raze questions of identity and impersonation.
