The act of copying flora painted on the ceiling of the restored eighteenth-century German synagogue in Horb am Main at the Israel Museum, Jerusalem. For five hours the artist, kneeling, copies a whole segment of the ceiling onto a mirror placed on the floor, creating an image of a prayer rug.
