The simple plastic intervention in the form of black lines over the TV screen during the broadcasting of TV Zagreb’s ‘economic propaganda program’ is a critical interpretation of the relations between the sender of TV messages (the powers-that-be) and the recipients (the disenfranchised public). Information ‘wrapped’ in such a way is the only way TV messages can be re-designed from the point of view of today’s TV viewer.
