Miri Segal and her assistant Iris Domany went on a journey to the new continent of Second Life. They arrived without ever leaving their home. In the new world lies a promise of a fresh start, you can fly there, create and rejuvenate. The concept of space in this world generates a new psycho-geographic perception, a different relation to the body and a new form of intimacy. In this realm an immediate projection is formed and followed by amplification of emotions. One can love at a click of a button, but inevitably one discovers that the grip of first life won’t let go.
