The Center’s educational program seeks to increase its involvement within various communities inside and outside the city of Holon. Over the years the Center has been conducting a large number of cooperation with different institutions. We constantly aim for different types of dialogues using artistic tools and methods, out of understanding that this is an asset we ought to cultivate.

The responsibility of a public institution towards the different communities it serves, the role of contemporary art in relation to time and place, and actions that take place in the public space, direct the center to encourage different types of actions that intervene in ’real life’.  The repeating question about art’s ability to change the reality, leads contemporary art to deviate out of its familiar territory and to infiltrate and change our perspective on reality.
