When Artur Zmijewski came to do a residency in Israel as a guest of the Israeli Center for Digital Art, he was hosted in their residency flat in Holon. Throughout his stay, Zmijewski interviewed his neighbours in the building about the recent conflict in Gaza, asking them to explain what had happened and why. Like in his work, "Them," he asks the tenants to draw a representation that manifests their feelings visually.
